GERENTE DE SERVIÇOS
Reporting to the Head of Service Client Relationship, your responsabilities will include to:
- Be the interface between customer and BT;
- Lead and deliver formal work programmes in line with business and customer requirements;
- Assist with setting Service Level Agreements and produce Service Development plans for key clients;
- Possibly have line responsibility for a number of Managers, sometimes across country boundaries;
- Be responsible end to end for the all service levels.
The candidate must be University graduated and proven to be strong with people and project management, preferably with Telecom Market experience. To have iniciative,good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with difficult situations also complete the profile.Fluency in English is mandatory and Spanish is desirable.
