Reporting to the Client Support Director based in USA, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Support clients on the use of credit risk products;
- Provide assistance on product features, functionality, implementation, and installation;
- Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features and functionality to Product Managers.
Perfil desejado
We are looking for a Bachelor´s degree professional. Experience in using or supporting financial technology. Database familiarity (MS SQL Server or Oracle). It completes the ideal profile: strong customer orientation, excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Fluency in English is essential.
