Empresa multinacional de grande porte do segmento Telecomunicações situada em Campinas - SP
Function/Responsibility:
· Reactive incident management;
· Basic Troubleshooting;
· Proactive monitoring;
· Client notification;
· Vendor management.
Data Team Skills:
· Advanced english skill (listening, writing and speaking); Spanish will be a plus;
· CCNA certification or equivalent and basic Knowledge experience (routing, switching, WAN);
· Concluded technical undergraduation or in course;
· 1 year NOC (network operation center) experience;
· Good communication and customer service skills;
· Ability to work under high pressure and in a dynamic environment;
· Previous Help Desk/Call Center experience;
