Work effectively with architects, leads, internal business and technical stakeholders and software vendors.
Present technical solutions while showing a strong understanding of business activities and objectives.
Develop high level and detailed designs for application integration
Customize and Configure software and the environment for implementation
Create systems documentation; conduct training for support and deployment engineers
Develop system test plans and test cases
Provide deep level technical support for the software developed
Participate in the rotation to provide 7x24 support of the BMC suite of products
Release management
Maintains knowledgebase and knowledge of deployed environments; owns release management.
Completes all assigned activities within schedule.
2 years experience in Remedy tailoring and BMC Application support
Completed BMC Remedy AR System 7.x Admin - Part 1, 2 and 3 classes
Desirable to have completed BMC Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting class
Desirable to have completed BMC Atrium CMDB Admin Part 1 and Part 2
Familiarity with BMC Server Management products
Strong understanding of IIS, Apache and Tomcat
Familiarity with Web Services
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, version control systems
ITIL experience an added advantage
Excellent Database knowledge (Oracle)
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
