Responsible for networks and IT systems, management the IT room, operation and maintenance of the Representative Office, to ensure the timely completion of the project, to ensure that service level agreement (SLA) standards, suppliers management, end-user IT systems support.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Be familiar with network and IT systems.
2. Be familiar with the process rules, standards, and procedures infrastructure and application architecture, and so on. Preferable knowledge of ITIL.
3. Be with a strong management and project management ability, communication and organizational ability.
4. Communicating in English with work-related in proficiently;
5. Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
