Responsibilities :
As an Associate Business Analyst, you could be working on one or more of the following:
- Provide post go live or steady state support to SAP users.
- Guide client business users in entering and retrieving data from the system, translating requirements, explaining business process flow, navigational issues and resolving queries
- Diagnose root causes, identify and shortlist solution alternatives
- Create Functional Specifications, with the correct SAP language, including tables, fields etc.
- Work with the next level of support team located worldwide to resolve issues
Qualification:
- To apply you should be a graduate and a Brazilian citizen.
- You must be Bilingual in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish would be a plus
Expected Experience:
You must have experience in one or more of the following technologies / skill sets:
- Associate Business Analyst - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of business process flow, navigation and hands on experience in atleast one functional module of SAP- FICO, SD, MM, PP, BW
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and atleast working knowledge of English
- Working knowledge/experience in IT systems
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team
- Understanding of support methodologies, ticket tracking tools other business processes / applications
