Implementation
Consulting (60%)
·
Effectively provide consultative guidance
and assistance directly to users of our client products in a professional and
organized manner in accordance with the Client Implementation Methodology.
·
Report design conversion, interface mapping
and testing consulting.
·
Provide Application setup and design,
system analysis, report design, conversion and interface mapping consulting.
Problem Solving
(20%)
·
Utilize his/her own knowledge/experienc
and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the
best course of action, communicate "best practice" recommendations based on
his/her prior experiences, and effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues
caused by unique client circumstances or software/hardware issues.
·
Communicates engagement status effectively
in writing and verbally with internal and external clients.
Reporting (20%)
·
Submits timely and accurate client billable
expense reports and time reporting on the schedule as required by management.
·
Completes accurate status reports and
follow-up on unresolved issues within one week or as requested by management or
client.
·
Same as above plus:
Advanced Implementation
Consulting
·
Report design, conversion and interface
mapping consulting, Client solutions utilizing application extensions (e.g.
Smart Notification, EPM, Design Studio, Microsoft Add-ins, etc.).
·
Integration consulting between the client and
third party products.
Training
·
Prepare all appropriate training materials
and documentation prior to conducting training session(s), making sure that all
training tools are in working order and available and meet the client's
requirements.
·
Consultants must be able to successfully
provide "hands on" exercises and training segments; requiring guidance through
specific scenarios and adding his/her own experiences and opinions.
Communication
·
Post implementation system review audit and
recommendations.
·
Detailed level of knowledge of a minimum of
2 applications in accordance with Client certification standards, and the
ability to apply this knowledge to client business requirements.
·
Understands and be able to communicate the
purpose and capabilities of the extensions and tools provided by Client Software in order to suggest and implement solutions to business issues.
Specific
KPI's Critical to the Success of Position:
1.
Achieve target
utilization per quarter.
2.
Deliver
business process improvements that enhance client needs measured by client
satisfaction surveys
3.
Seeks out new/additional development and
certification opportunities.
JOB
SUMMARY:
Responsible
for meeting specified utilization/
consulting services and specific recommendations surrounding applications,
technologies and tools, perform product usage outcomes oriented
consulting/training activities, and conduct application and end user client
training classes. Develop on going,
successful business relationships with clients. Provide clients with consulting
expertise and "best practice" recommendations. Responsible to ensure
skill set development improvements in self and others. Participates in and assisting in Client business development and product sales.
