Job Summary:
To lead, manage, and direct the organization in the delivery of customer satisfaction To ensure that the operation meets or exceeds the business, operating, and financial goals of the company.
Requirements:
• Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
• Must be fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices.
• Knowledge of PC applications.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Previous budgetary capacity (profit and loss responsibility preferred).
• Responsible and accountable for the financial performance of the Site including Revenue, Gross Margin, and EBIDTA.
• Ability to manage many simultaneous projects.
• Experience managing an organization of at least 400 people, preferably with start-up experience.
• 10+ years of management experience in a technical or service delivery-operating environment.
• College Degree with an Advanced or Technical Degree desirable.
